Complaints Procedure

If you wish to then make a formal complaint in writing, please send to complaints@hostingsystems or Complaints Department at the address below. All complaints will be responded to within 1 working day.

If you are still unsatisfied and it is regarding Connect services only, you can complain to the regulator Ofcom with our reference of FLZ or use the Ombudsman Services https://www.ombudsman-services.org of which we are a member.
